September 27, 2008 - St. Joseph, IL - Tremont's Parker Thompsen and PBL's Tom Pacey battle for the top spot with 400 yards to go during the Spartan Classic Cross-Country meet in St. Joesph. Pacey, who went on to win the race, finished the 2.95 mile course in 15:12.83. He also won the PBL Invite title two weeks earlier.

September 13, 2008 - Paxton, IL - Rockets' top runner, Brice Dodds runs with the front of the pack along side eventual champion Tom Pacey from PBL at the Paxton-Buckley-Loda Cross-country Invitational Saturday morning. The pair along with Bishop McNamara's Garrett Wasson finished in the top three spots. Dodds took second place with a time of 16:46.1 on the three-mile course.
September 13, 2008 - Paxton, IL - Elsa Reifsteck paces herself on the 2 mile course during the Junior Varsity race at the Paxton-Buckley-Loda Cross-country Invitational Saturday morning. The Rocket runner finished in sixth with a time of 13:15.8.
October 28, 2007 - St. Joseph, IL - Hannah Hogan carries the Paxton Sectional plaque high for all to see as she and the St. Joseph-Ogden squad walk in front of the bleachers during the Spartans home playoff game against Rockford Christian Life to be recognized for their achievement earlier Saturday morning. The SJO CC squad advances to the state meet this Saturday in Peoria.
