Members of the IC Catholic golf team celebrate with their third place trophy at Prairie Vista Golf Course in Bloomington, IL. The teams top 5 combined for 618 strokes in the Class 1A competition at the two-day tournament.

BLOOMINGTON - The IC Catholic boys golf team finished in third place at the 2021 IHSA Golf State Finals on October 9, 2021. In a very competitive championship round, the top three finishers were decided by a mere two points. Vandalia finished first with 616 points and North Shore Country Day in second with 617 points. The Knights, led by junior Jann Atendido, finished with a two-day total of 151 strokes. Fellow junior Nick Zanoni filled in one stroke behind Atendido.
